A look at the governance structure Sidewalk Labs is forging in Quayside and the Portlands. This article highlights how the
timeline of progression of the project is speeding more rapidly in order to get as much done as possible before enough people have
the time to recognize and act on their thoughts and fears of the project. Additionally, it includes information about other forces
affecting Toronto housing presently.
2. HOUSING
A look at Toronto’s housing and how Sidewalk Lab’s plan will not incite proper, equitable change in our housing system.

Theory developed on the "Captive City" and how it is being shown through the ongoing planning for Quayside.
